By placing an order through The Wild Reverence Shop, you agree to these terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.
About The Wild Reverence Shop
The Wild Reverence Shop is operated by Tayla Evans under the Wild Reverence name and brand.
Wild Reverence is a personal brand and trading name and is not represented as a separately incorporated company.
The shop currently offers digital photography and may expand to include other digital and physical products in the future.

The above physical address may be used for correspondence and the service of legal notices. It is not a retail premises and customers should not visit the address for purchases, collections or returns unless expressly arranged in advance.

Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical product will be shipped unless a product is specifically described as a physical item.
The product page will describe what is included with each purchase, including the relevant file type, format, dimensions or collection where applicable.
For digital photography products, images displayed on the website may be resized, compressed and/or watermarked for online preview purposes. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, the purchased product will consist of the high-resolution, unwatermarked digital file described on that page.
Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
Pricing
All prices displayed on The Wild Reverence Shop are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
The total price payable will be displayed before you complete your order.
Any applicable taxes, fees or other charges will be displayed where required.
Wild Reverence reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed.
Where collections, bundles, promotions or other discounted products are offered, the applicable price and products included will be shown on the relevant product page.
Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised or received.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Wild Reverence does not directly control the systems operated by those payment providers, and their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Wild Reverence does not receive or store complete payment card information where payment information is processed directly by a third-party payment provider.
Digital Delivery
After successful payment, digital products will be made available electronically through the method specified during checkout or in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, downloadable products are subject to a maximum of five (5) download attempts and the download link will remain available for thirty (30) days from the date it is made available.
Customers are encouraged to download and securely store their purchased files within this period.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that you are able to access the email address used when placing your order.
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased product, including where a legitimate download has failed because of a technical problem, please contact hello@wildreverence.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Nothing in the download limit or expiry period is intended to limit any right or remedy available to you under applicable law.
Licence and Permitted Use
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or intellectual property associated with that product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital photographs and other downloadable products purchased from The Wild Reverence Shop are provided for personal use only.
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital product for the purposes permitted by the applicable Digital Product Licence.
You may not, without prior written permission from Wild Reverence:
- resell or redistribute a purchased digital product;
- sublicense the product or grant another person rights to use it;
- share or distribute the original digital file to other persons;
- upload the file to another website, marketplace, stock photography service or file-sharing service for distribution or resale;
- reproduce or use the product for commercial purposes;
- sell prints, products or other merchandise incorporating the purchased image;
- claim the photograph, artwork or other product as your own work; or
- otherwise commercially exploit the product.
Additional terms governing permitted and prohibited uses are contained in our Digital Product Licence, which forms part of the terms applicable to digital purchases.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, photographs, artwork, designs, written content, branding and other original material available through The Wild Reverence Shop remain the intellectual property of their respective owner or rights holder.
Purchasing a product gives you only the rights expressly granted with that product.
No copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights are transferred to you through a purchase.
The Wild Reverence name, branding, website content and associated original creative material may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
Product Images and Previews
Images displayed on The Wild Reverence Shop may be resized, compressed or watermarked for online preview purposes.
The digital file supplied after purchase may therefore differ in resolution, watermarking or presentation from the preview displayed on the website.
For Wild Reverence digital photography, the watermarked images displayed on product pages are intended for preview purposes. Where the product description states that an unwatermarked file is supplied, the purchased file will not contain the Wild Reverence preview watermark.
Where relevant, the product description will provide information about the original dimensions, file format and other characteristics of the file supplied with your purchase.
Variations in how an image appears on different screens, devices or displays may occur because of differences in display settings, colour calibration, brightness and other device characteristics.
Refunds and Problems With Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, refund requests will be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
Nothing in these Shop Terms & Conditions or our Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or replaced.
If you receive an incorrect file, a corrupted file, cannot access your purchase, or experience another problem with your order, please contact hello@wildreverence.com so that we can assist you.
Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, restore access to a legitimate purchase, correct an order or provide another remedy as required by applicable law.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment has not been successfully completed;
- an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- an order appears to have been placed unlawfully or in breach of these terms; or
- we are unable to supply the purchased product.
Where payment has already been received and an order is cancelled by us, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
Receiving an automated order acknowledgement does not affect any rights either you or Wild Reverence may have under applicable law.
Website Availability
We take reasonable steps to keep The Wild Reverence Shop available and functioning correctly.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website, particularly where interruptions arise from maintenance, hosting providers, payment providers, internet services, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a product you have legitimately purchased, please contact us so that we can assist you.

Wild Reverence is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wild Reverence will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or a digital product.
Wild Reverence does not exclude or limit liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Shop Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or replaces any warranty, right, remedy or protection afforded to a consumer under applicable South African law where such exclusion, restriction or replacement is prohibited.
Future Physical Products
The Wild Reverence Shop may offer physical products in the future.
Where physical products are offered, additional terms relating to matters such as delivery, shipping charges, returns, exchanges, risk and damaged or defective goods may apply and will be made available as appropriate.
Terms applicable specifically to physical products will not affect rights that consumers have under applicable law.

These Shop Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any rights available to consumers under applicable South African legislation, including applicable consumer protection, electronic commerce and data protection legislation, remain unaffected by these terms.
