Lunging Da Vinci is something I have been nervous to do again after he previously charged at me during one of our sessions. After getting some help and learning how to work with him more confidently, I finally decided it was time to give it another go. 🐴🤍
A lunging session with my incredibly lazy Da Vinci as I work through some of my nerves and put what I have recently learnt into practice. I kept his lead rope on because I am still building my confidence with him, but the session went surprisingly well. You will even experience me somehow convincing him to canter - even if that meant I had to run after him to make it happen! 😂🐴
Carrot cake muffins are officially one of my new favourite things to bake! Surprisingly, this baking session went a lot smoother than some of my previous adventures in the kitchen. I actually followed the recipe quite closely this time, although of course I still managed to add a few of my own little twists along the way.
A surprisingly successful afternoon of baking carrot cake muffins, with only a few slightly undersized muffins after I underestimated how much batter to put into the holders. You will experience me attempting to follow a recipe properly for once, adding my own little touches and finishing everything off with a delicious cream cheese icing. 🥕🧁
Read the full story in the Journal →Gardening is definitely a lot more work than I originally thought! This time I am planting seeds in my new garden, potting my little avocado plants that have been growing in glasses of water and attempting to give the grass some love with compost. Thankfully, my mom is back and happens to be a gardening genius, so instead of guessing my way through everything, I actually get to learn how to do it properly. 🌱😂
A peaceful afternoon of gardening with my mom, planting new seeds, potting my avocado plants and spreading compost over the grass. You will also experience me discovering just how much work goes into maintaining a garden, learning a few things from my very knowledgeable mother and, of course, hoping that this batch of seeds actually decides to grow! 🌷🥑🌱
Phantom and Da Vinci both try different fruits and their reactions are hilarious! It was so fun feeding them stuff they have never eaten before and even more fun guessing their ratings of each fruit.
A fun filled afternoon with my two orphans discovering new fruits and me guessing their ratings. You will experience the brattiness from both of them and their greediness.
A lovely self-care Sunday was had by doing face masks and hair oiling and to encourage others to be themselves, I talk a little bit about the high, impossible standards that are set for women these days and openly share that my skin is not in the slightest way close to perfect.
A long but calming and funny self-care vlog, with my personal steps of self-care activities, such as hair oiling, face mask, upper lip waxing and more. You will also see my fat cat get into trouble for eating our dinner which she was not supposed to do!
