You will experience chaos and disaster very slowly unfolding, like a volcano about to erupt along with yapping and storytelling and a few bleeps of things I thought I could say but turns out I cannot (you are more than welcome to try guess what I said).

Tay's Takes

This went spectacularly well; not. I like to think of this video as appreciating the journey more than the destination. The process was fun and all, until we got to the end results….
A few lessons have been learnt from this try out, such as do NOT open the oven while it is still clearly in the baking process.
I also learnt not to overfill the cupcake holders…rather fill it less than halfway to get that perfect cupcake size.
The length of the video is quite long, but that is because I am clearly a professional in yaptology.
Disclaimer: Despite the presentation of the results of my cupcakes, they turned out extremely well, taste wise. I did try and bake another batch two or three days later, with the lessons I had learned in mind, and they turned out next to perfect!
Oh, one more thing, for the batter, I say make sure your butter and cream cheese is fairly melted, otherwise you may have a hard time getting that smooth and perfect frosting.

Carrot cake muffins are officially one of my new favourite things to bake! Surprisingly, this baking session went a lot smoother than some of my previous adventures in the kitchen. I actually followed the recipe quite closely this time, although of course I still managed to add a few of my own little twists along the way.

Planting Seeds With Me Part 3 🌱 | Mom Knows Best 😂

Gardening is definitely a lot more work than I originally thought! This time I am planting seeds in my new garden, potting my little avocado plants that have been growing in glasses of water and attempting to give the grass some love with compost. Thankfully, my mom is back and happens to be a gardening genius, so instead of guessing my way through everything, I actually get to learn how to do it properly. 🌱😂
