Tomato soup is one of those go-to cozy meals you cook when it’s a cold day or in the middle of winter. The sweet, tangy flavours of the warm blended tomatoes and spices cannot be compared on a cloudy day when all you want to do is curl up in a blanket and watch movies all day. I only recently learnt how to make tomato soup and I have enjoyed it very much. It takes quite a lot longer to cook, the way I do it, than cooking a carrot soup or any other soup, but it’s still so worth. Fresh bread, fresh parmesan grated on top and you have one of the best meals ready on a lazy, rainy day. I hope you enjoy my recipe!
